Four Corners is a census-designated place in Marion County located east of the city of Salem, Oregon. The neighborhood is bordered to the west by Southeast and Northeast Salem, East Lancaster to the north, and the agricultural farmlands east of Cordon Road. Although found outside the city limits of Salem, Four Corners is still part of the urban growth boundary and statistical area.
There is a smaller neighborhood named Four Corners within the CDP, and it is where we conducted the neighborhood tour in the video below. The district is in the southeastern part of Salem and offers lovely residential properties for house hunters who are interested in buying a property in the area. Homes in the community are beautiful, with large lots perfect for growing families that require more space. There are many one-story single-family houses ideal for first-time homebuyers who are looking for their starter home in the area. There are excellent fixer-uppers in the suburb, and buyers can purchase a property at a reasonable price, and with some hard work, they can get good equity from it after two or three years.
