North Lancaster is a mixed-use community in the northern part of Salem, Oregon. Families living in the neighborhood are a short drive to shopping and dining establishments. There is a commercial area on the western side of the city with various restaurants, department stores, and shopping malls. The central and eastern parts, on the other hand, are mostly suburban residential areas with single-family homes. Residences in the community is a mix of homes built in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
